Munich, June 30, 2025 – The Nemetschek Group, a global provider of software solutions for the construction and media industries has achieved an outstanding success at this year's German Investor Relations Award: The company secured the 1st place among all MDAX companies. The jury particularly highlighted the excellent work of the Investor Relations team led by Stefanie Zimmermann. The team impressed with its high level of transparency, innovative strength, and a consistent commitment to investor engagement.

The German Investor Relations Award is presented annually by DIRK – the German Investor Relations Association, Extel, and WirtschaftsWoche magazine to recognize outstanding achievements in capital market communications. The winners are determined based on the global Extel rankings, which are based on independent surveys of buy-side and sell-side professionals.

Nemetschek Group earns additional honors at the international Extel Awards

The Nemetschek Group’s management team was recognized with several Extel Awards and top rankings in the European Technology Software sector, highlighting its strong standing among investors.

Additionally, the Investor Relations team of the Nemetschek Group achieved multiple additional top rankings in various categories of the pan-European Extel rankings.

In addition to the awards for the entire investor relations team, Patrick Horch, Director of Investor Relations at the Nemetschek Group, was named “Best IR Professional” in the Technology Software sector in Europe. Stefanie Zimmermann, Senior Vice President Corporate Communication & Investor Relations, also achieved an outstanding ranking in the top 10. These awards highlight the strong reputation the Investor Relations team enjoys among investors and analysts for its professionalism and dedication.

Confirmation of strategic direction

The awards highlight the success of the Nemetschek Group’s long-term strategic direction, the high quality of its investor relations efforts, and the strong leadership of its management team. In 2024, the company achieved revenue growth of approximately 17% to nearly EUR 996 million and increased the share of recurring revenues to 86% - a clear testament to sustained high growth.
